You are solely responsible for the e-catalogue/e-store/ resume created by you, which will display products, services and manpower offered by without any subscription charge whatsoever until we resolve otherwise. It is amply clear that you are barred from posting of any Content, which transgresses any Law in force for the time being in India, and you shall be solely responsible for any civil or criminal liability arising out of your such misdemeanor, while keeping us fully indemnified of including but not limited to any claims whatsoever, Legal and Litigation expenses.
